We have custody of 4 grandchildren. The youngest grandchild brought home lice. Well, that was a miserable experience especially as i have severe allergies. I even had an urgent care appointment the day before our fresh heads appointment due to bronchial issues from the allergic reaction of the lice. So.. I needed to resolve this problem FAST.. Thank God for FreshHeads!!!!!! I got the dreaded phone call from the school nurse yesterday and headed straight to Jax from Brunswick, GA. I called on the way and they were able to fit us in the same day. The scheduler was very polite and sensitive to our situation. The technician that treated my daughter‘s hair was very knowledgeable and made the whole uneasy process a very smooth process. Her knowledge on the subject eased my mind! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our first experience with lice and with Fresh Heads was this week! I could not recommend Fresh Heads and their services more! We live in Savannah, however, the Pooler location was booked up. There was availability at the Jacksonville (Bartram Park location) location with Bryttany so we drove down. It was the BEST decision we made. Not only did we leave lice-free, we felt less overwhelmed by the situation and Bryttany educated us on how to stay lice free! I can't say enough about Bryttany- she was patient, kind and sympathetic. She is knowledgeable about the lice lifecycle and answered every single one of my lice-related questions with researched based answers. We were scheduled for 2 hours but because my daughter and I have such thick hair, it took almost an hour more. Bryttany was kind enough to stay well past her shift to make sure we were treated. THANK YOU BRYTTANY!!!

Everything was clean and professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the whole time. WOW!! I would like to say what a great company this is. I am so thankful for Rachel who was awesome and super friendly and very knowledgeable. This process was quick and easy. The establishment is clean and very well put together for this type of treatment. I am so glad to have found them, because at my age the last thing you dont have is patience to treat your kids. Kim was super nice as well while she looked over me and my boys. These women are true heroes for doing this. Can't thank you enough for your time and patience. Highly recommend!!

We called in a panic on Sunday night and had an appointment by 8am on Monday! The earliest available was 2 hours away, but our angel Cindy called and said honey turn around!! The location close to our house had a cancellation and she thought of us first! We are so thankful for her and Kim for this amazing service!!
