My daughter and I had nits in our hair, and I had tried everything I could possibly think of, and I couldn’t get them all. I booked an appointment with Cindy, and she was so helpful and kind. She let me ask her as many questions as I needed, and she empathized with us. The techs Michelle and Brittany did our treatments and were very encouraging and kind. Everyone at the clinic was so helpful. I’m going to recommend Fresh Heads to everyone I know that is struggling like we struggled. Thank you so much Fresh Heads!
I've been here a few times and every single employee has been top tier. They're amazing with my children and really professional. Our latest visit was with Natasha, who was patient and kind, and Bryttany who stayed after her time to help with my kids. I am so appreciative and thankful for this clinic and the amazing people here. Thank you!!
I went in on Monday and Wednesday and saw Natasha both times. She was amazing with my 10yr old that was devastated with our situation. And Natasha taught me alot so I know what to look for in the future. Treatment was great. The office manager Jordan was great also making sure we could get appts quickly - even on a holiday after 5pm. Thanks ladies for your amazing help and wonderful personalities!!!!
The tech Natasha was wonderful with my son and I. She helped calm and keep him happy during the procedure. Thank you for taking care of us. And seeing us so late in the evening!
This place deserves more than 5 stars! My impressions... they are discreet, efficient, kind, courteous, encouraging, patient, clean. The facility is very kid friendly. They even have a stuffed animal that demonstrates what these little critters look like up close, without looking creepy. They have lots of products available. They will check and treat heads for reasonable fees. If you don’t have them, they will let you know. They took all the worry away for me. It was such a relief!
I am so happy I found this place ! I was so upset upon discovery of the lice in my daughter’s head . It was my first time even dealing with this ! I was sooo stressed . Booked an appointment for the next day and I am soo impressed . I was given a lot of information and recommendations on how to prevent this is in the future . Rachel was amazing ! She was so patient with my little one and you can really tell she’s passionate about what she does ! Would definitely recommend and come back if needed .
Highly recommend this place! Super clean and the service was awesome! Rachel was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond taking care of us! I can’t thank her enough. We were taken care of in record time and she made a rather unpleasant experience actually enjoyable! And she triple checked to make sure we were all good before we left! Hi ! I was exposed and needed a thorough check to put me at ease. Rachel was so professional & very knowledgeable . They have an assortment of products as well. My only recommendation is that you either bring a comb /clips in package to be opened there to section hair or have option to purchase new ones .
I would absolutely recommend this place if you're a mom like me, who is at your wits end with these little lice fellas!!!! I am a 40yr old mother of 4 and I have never in my life had to deal with lice until last year and it's a pain in my behind!!! The lady that done the treatment for my daughter, Makayla Sweeney, was the most kind, sweetest and knew every answer to all the questions I asked her. She was very thorough and got the job done!!! I recommend 10/10. Thanks again, Makayla, you were absolutely amazing!!!!!!
Jessica is amazing!!! My daughter was exposed at school so we wanted to be checked just to be sure and Jessica was fabulous! She is exceptionally kind, very well educated, fun and made our experience as enjoyable as being checked for lice can be! 😆 The knowledge I’m taking home gives me peace of mind knowing more about lice and how easy it is to actually treat, clean and prevent it! We 1000% recommend Fresh Heads!
Jessica and Tara were awesome! My daughter and I have been trying to get rid of lice for weeks. These lovely ladies made us so comfortable, were incredibly thorough and explained everything. They were so knowledgeable and made us feel like we finally had it managed. Thank you!
We got in the next day, super easy to book an appointment. Miss Jess treated my 8 year old and checked myself and my son. The process was quick, painless and easy. My kids loved chatting with Jess, as did I. She was very welcoming and extremely knowledgable. I've told my child's entire grade to call Fresh Heads if they want quick and easy lice removal.
Wow Jessica Chris and the other girl that was there I didn't get her name but they knocked it out of the park. I had brought my granddaughter in to get her head checked and she did have lice. Unfortunately, I did not think that I would get them but I did and 3 months later I ended back up at fresh Heads in Altamonte Springs because I was totally infested with lice like you cannot believe. Chris, Jessica and the other girl which I wish I would have got her name because she was wonderful. No one on Staffade me feel like I was uncleaned or dirty they all made me feel so comfortable and by the time I left there everything was gone.
Please do not try the products on the market that says "it'll kill lice* NONE of those products will get rid of lice. How I know this I spent close to a $100 dollars trying to get rid of them out of my granddaughter's hair nothing worked until I took her to Fresh Heads Altamonte Springs or there might be a location that is closer to you by all means contact them they will help you I promise. I never thought 3 months later I would have to go to them again and I got the same great results as my granddaughter did.
P.S. and one of the great things about going to Fresh Heads Altamonte Springs you will probably get to meet Jessica's little baby girl she's adorable she's precious and she's in there to greet everybody and she's only a few months old but she just looks at everybody and is so precious I just thought I would give a shout out to the baby.

We were from out of town and got exposed at a hotel. Jordan was phenomenal and I would highly recommend her and her services. Extremely knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable and was very kind to both me and my daughter. If you need help please go to her! She is a great provider and definitely 100/100
