I met Rachel Williams when I had a head full of lice and spread it to my son. Rachel met me when I felt like I was crawling out of my skin.i was not my best self. I was itchy and so grossed out but she put me at ease the moment I walked in the door. We talked while she worked and explained the process, what happens at home and best preventative measures so it doesn’t happen again. My 8 year old kept saying how nice she was. Hands down she was the best part of this uncomfortable situation. I went in at a very low point and left with my head wrapped in Saran Wrap and happy I got to spend time with her. I highly recommend her. She was kind and put me at ease and did a fantastic job! I was so grateful to have found her.
My daughter and I had nits in our hair, and I had tried everything I could possibly think of, and I couldn’t get them all. I booked an appointment with Cindy, and she was so helpful and kind. She let me ask her as many questions as I needed, and she empathized with us. The techs Michelle and Brittany did our treatments and were very encouraging and kind. Everyone at the clinic was so helpful. I’m going to recommend Fresh Heads to everyone I know that is struggling like we struggled. Thank you so much Fresh Heads!

Our latest visit was with Natasha, who was patient and kind, and Bryttany who stayed after her time to help with my kids. I went in on Monday and Wednesday and saw Natasha both times. She was amazing with my 10yr old that was devastated with our situation. And Natasha taught me alot so I know what to look for in the future. Treatment was great. The office manager Jordan was great also making sure we could get appts quickly - even on a holiday after 5pm. Thanks ladies for your amazing help and wonderful personalities!!!!
My niece came home from kindergarten with the dreaded itchies that only comes with a certain biting tiny bug we all dont love to see on the heads of our loved ones. Her mom did 2 otc treatments on her and sent her to school...she came back with more of the itchies. Then I started itching as well as her mom. We decided we needed her to be treated by a professional. And to get our heads checked for peace of mind. Turns out, all three of us were positive for those pesky bugs. The hair "doctor", Brittany (hopefully i spelled it right, but who knows as my niece was giving her new names!) was amazing. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She also knew exactly how to my energetic niece. It is expensive but definitely worth it, especially with a 60 guarantee!
My daughter’s entire class had an outbreak and she brought it home to her little brother. She has the thickest hair and I was going crazy cleaning and making myself crazy. After the third time of nothing working we took a little road trip and everyone at fresh heads pooler was amazing!!!! So friendly, facilities were clean and cheery, and I left not feeling like a failure! My family was cleared and just my daughter needed treated and she said it was nice experience too! Thank you all so much!!!!
There is only one word for this place! AMAZING!!! MY DAUGHTER HAS VERY LONG, VERY THICK HAIR. Recently, we discovered that she had picked up head lice!! Ugh! After purchasing some over the counter solution and doing a thorough comb through it was not enough. Day 2 another comb through, and I'm still finding things. Day 3, a third comb through still not enough as I am STILL finding things! Long story short enough was enough, and I just couldn't take it. I called and made an appointment. They were able to see us the same day and took care of the problem immediately and efficiently. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes in total, and when we left, LICE AND NIT FREE!! The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable and informative, and very professional. They offered lots of information and tips for preventative measures. They turned
a very unpleasant situation into a very pleasant experience. They also offer a protection plan for a minimal cost per month that is definitely worth checking into, especially if you have younger children, and in particular, a younger child who has longer and/or thick hair. It is a little on the costly side for a removal treatment. However it is so worth it! If you join up for their protection plan, the peace of mind alone is worth the price!!! HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone with school-age children!! I can't say enough good things about this place.
I am so happy I found this place ! I was so upset upon discovery of the lice in my daughter’s head . It was my first time even dealing with this ! I was sooo stressed . Booked an appointment for the next day and I am soo impressed . I was given a lot of information and recommendations on how to prevent this is in the future . Rachel was amazing ! She was so patient with my little one and you can really tell she’s passionate about what she does ! Would definitely recommend and come back if needed .
Hi ! I was exposed and needed a thorough check to put me at ease. Rachel was so professional & very knowledgeable . They have an assortment of products as well. My only recommendation is that you either bring a comb /clips in package to be opened there to section hair or have option to purchase new ones .

I cannot say enough good things about Fresh Heads Head Lice Treatment Center in Altamonte Springs and their incredible lead technician, Jessica! When my daughter needed an ASAP lice treatment, they got us in right away. Jessica not only treated her but also did head checks for my other daughter and myself—and it turned out I had lice too!
Jessica’s attention to detail and thoroughness were outstanding. We used their AirAlle device/treatment for my daughter and the traditional comb-out for me, and both processes were handled with such care and expertise. Their hair oil product is absolutely amazing, and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

While getting treated for lice is never an enjoyable experience, I’m so grateful this company exists for my family. Tara and Chris M. were absolutely fantastic! Thankfully, we didn’t have lice this time, but we’ve dealt with it in the past. Jessica is amazing!!! My daughter was exposed at school so we wanted to be checked just to be sure and Jessica was fabulous!
