Our first experience at Fresh Heads Lice Removal was AH-MAZING! I am 9 months pregnant due Wednesday and the last thing I wanted to worry about was lice unfortunately my little one got it from soccer camp and I tried the at home kit and she still had nits even after combing for four hours. I called first thing this morning and Johnathan was able to get our family in immediately. The office was nice and clean, Nautica and Jessica were phenomenal. They informed us on the process and checked my daughters hair and verified she still had nits. They checked my hair and I had nits as well so we started the treatment process. Jessica was excellent very personable and made my daughter laugh and smile. We signed up with the protection plan because Clay County does not do lice checks at school so to make sure my little one and my new baby will be covered we got it for the new school year. Its so nice not having to worry about combing through her hair anymore I can trust this team to take care of us! Thank you again for everything!

So thankful for Fresh Head! We've never experienced lice before and Bryttany was AMAZING! In a situation that can seem impossible, her friendly and knowledgable disposition put us all at ease. I highly recommend Fresh Heads to anyone going through this situation.

Michelle was my technician and she was more than professional. She has a bubbly, very outgoing, and friendly personality. I ended up not having lice, but we shared plenty of laughs about how I psyched myself out thinking I did. If I ever have a scare again, I will definitely return to the Jacksonville - Bartram Park location. I didn't catch the other techs name who was there but she was as equally amazing as Michelle was. Literally felt like I met life long friends and I was only there 15 mins max. Something that felt so embarrassing & uncomfortable to do, these two women made it feel like I was meeting the girls for drinks. Michelle even French braided my hair before I left. I cannot brag enough about the staff at Bartram Park and the level of professionalism and care that I experienced. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and if I am ever in the area I might even just stop by to say hey! Friends, if you're dealing with a lice infestation or think you have it (like me)... Don't waste your time on store bought products, or stressing over being embarrassed...just make the appt. You will not regret it! Even if it turns out you do not have lice, and you're just a little Cray Cray ...your head & mental health will thank you 🩷🩷 I'd give 20 stars if I could! Thank you Fresh Heads and the staff at Bartram Park especially Michelle for such a great experience!!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! My impressions... they are discreet, efficient, kind, courteous, encouraging, patient, clean. The facility is very kid friendly. They even have a stuffed animal that demonstrates what these little critters look like up close, without looking creepy. They have lots of products available. They will check and treat heads for reasonable fees. If you don’t have them, they will let you know. They took all the worry away for me. It was such a relief!

I cannot express my true gratitude to Britney and Mercedes at the Bartram Park Boulevard office! You’re kind hearts and understanding where everything that we needed today! I cannot say thank you enough!!
